Good and Bad,

One may say that feeling positive ignores all the bad things that can happen in our lives. That it is unrealistic to feel positive all the time. There surely is both good and bad in everything. If one were to study the ying yang symbol it represents that there is good and bad in everything. You can not have good without the bad. This is illustrated in the symbol itself. I will post the symbol to our files so you can view it. Each side has a small dot. The black side has a small dot of white and the white side has a small dot of black. This represents that there is a little positive Qi in every negative Qi and there is a little positive Qi in every negative Qi. Qi is the essence of energy.

We learn valuable lessons for the bad things that happen to us. It is my belief that the reason we are on this earth is to create. As we often say necessity is the mother of invention. These negative aspects of our lives can feed our creative thoughts and bring to the universe many things that did not exist before.

The problem lies in how we emphasize these negative things. If we accept things that happen to us in a bad situation with little emotion and view the situation as a means to a creative end we can find the good in the seemingly bad thing.

Peace is all around us. Good is all around us. It is there waiting for us to take part of it. This is so just as bad things are waiting for us standing right outside our door. If we concentrate on the negative the positive will get front center. It is we who have the opportunity to create good and view things as positive. We have the free will to view and take action and allow either good or bad. This will affect our lives in profound ways. It is our choice to see the good or to see the bad. This will then bring to us the experience of either good or bad which ever we choose.
